Richard Uditsky is a partner in our Business Law Group. His practice focuses on trademark, industrial design, and copyright registration and litigation, as well as oppositions before the Trademarks Opposition Board. He appears regularly before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Superior Court.
Richard is routinely involved in drafting and reviewing copyright, trademark, and patent license and distribution agreements. Although he is not a patent agent, his extensive experience of over 35 years in the intellectual property field enables him to render patent infringement opinions.
