Rosalie Rouillard is a lawyer in our Insurance Law Group, and her practice focuses on general civil liability litigation. She specializes in professional liability, personal insurance and bodily injury cases. Rosalie is rigorous in her work, and values collaboration and taking a human-centred approach to the law.
Rosalie has been involved in a number of major cases while on our team, particularly in the construction industry, which she manages alongside senior partners. As a result, she has developed a wealth of legal and technical knowledge, and has taken part in several court cases.
Before joining RSS, Rosalie articled and practiced as a litigator with a well-known Montreal firm. There, she developed numerous skills, particularly in pleading, drafting and negotiation.
During her studies, while enrolled in the cooperative program at the Université de Sherbrooke’s Faculty of Law, she interned with the Court of Québec as a legal aid, and at a Canadian litigation firm specializing in portfolio management.
