Annie Claude Beauchemin is a partner in our Civil and Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on insolvency and restructuring matters, as well as construction law.

Annie Claude represents receivers, trustees, suppliers and debtors in insolvency matters, as well as creditors enforcing their securities. In addition to representing companies involved in commercial proceedings, clients also seek out her expertise for complex construction cases. More recently, clients have solicited her skills for insolvency files in the liquidation or restructuring of construction businesses.

She has participated in drafting legal literature for several years, especially in the fields of property security interests and civil procedure. She is also a sought-after speaker on topics relating to bankruptcy and insolvency.
