Anne-Frédérique Bernier is a lawyer in our Insurance Law and Sports Law groups. Her practice focuses on representing insurance companies in both subrogation and defense matters. She primarily specializes in construction, transport, municipal and civil law, professional liability, as well as bodily injury claims. She also handles cases namely related to ethics and integrity in sports.

During her studies at the Université de Montréal, she worked as a research assistant for Me Frédéric Bérard, a professor at the Faculty of Law. In this role, she contributed to several of his projects, including the writing of publications on law and politics.

Additionally, starting in her third year of university, Anne-Frédérique worked at a boutique law firm in Old Montreal before joining the RSS team. These experiences allowed her to develop strong expertise in family law, civil litigation, and administrative law.
