Ariane Légère-Bordeleau is a partner in our Insurance Law Group. Her practice focuses on representing insurance companies and insureds before the courts, particularly in construction law and professional liability cases. She also has considerable expertise in cases concerning personal injury liability, and the liability of general contractors and subcontractors.
Prior to joining RSS, she was with a law firm in Outaouais for nearly nine years, where she practiced litigation in insurance, business and municipal law. She has developed excellent pleading, analysis and legal reasoning skills throughout her career, allowing her to achieve the best possible results.
