Juliana Boutot is a lawyer in our Civil and Commercial Litigation Group. Her diversified practice includes bankruptcy and insolvency, suretyship, construction and civil liability cases. She has also worked on cases involving commercial and residential leasing.
Juliana collaborates closely with the firm’s senior partners on major cases. She has also appeared before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec and the Court of Appeal of Quebec on numerous occasions. Her interest for the law of suretyships led her to work for the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (Land register) throughout university.
Juliana joined our Civil and Commercial Litigation Group upon her call to the Bar in 2021, after having been a student with the firm since 2019.
