- Represented the seller of a Portuguese vineyard.
- Successfully represented German manufacturer Grecon Dimter before the Supreme Court of Canada in which the Court gave effect to the choice of forum clause contained in a contract with a Quebec purchaser (GreCon Dimter inc. v. J.R. Normand inc., 2005 SCC 46).
