Adrien is a notary within the Estates, Wills and Trusts group, the Business Law group and the Family Law group.

His practice is focused on accompanying clients with particular patrimonial or human needs: upstream through Wills, marriage contracts, deeds of gift or family and “Henson” type trusts; and downstream with the settlement of estates as notary of the liquidator or directly as liquidator, but also with the day-to-day management of trusts and by providing legal advice to trustees.

Adrien is also called to make determinations as expert or jurisconsult on issues of private international law, as much for the use of foreign law in Québec as for the recognition of notarial practice or the proof of Québec law abroad.

He also accompanies clients through difficult issues of incapacity caused by situations such as autism in adults or the health problems of elderly people. Accredited for that purpose by the Chambre des notaires of Québec, Adrien can file and complete non-contentious proceedings before notary or before the Court.

Finally, Adrien is also involved in real estate transactions with a particular patrimonial or corporate aspect, and, within those mandates or independently, he is available to render title opinions and to correct issues of real rights.
