Natacha Calixte is a partner in our Family Law Group. Her practice mainly focuses on divorces involving complex assets and sophisticated financial structures. She has substantial experience with extra-provincial and international cases, where the family estate includes assets outside of Quebec. Natacha has also argued cases arising from conflicts over the homologation of protection mandates and estate liquidations.

Natacha’s clientele is primarily comprised of businesspeople, and she represents plaintiffs and defendants alike, always ensuring respect for all parties and seeking reasonable compromises. Each case involves the history of a relationship, and sometimes that of a family, with strengths and weaknesses. It must be handled in a realistic and fact-based manner, and with diplomacy.
