Nathan Hassan Omar is a lawyer in our Insurance Law Group. His practice focuses on the interpretation of insurance policies in complex cases. His work on various types of policies (property and commercial insurance, directors’ and officers’ liability policies) has allowed him to develop excellent analytical skills. He has also been involved with policies involving airports and nuisance claims.
Nathan also manages insurance and general torts litigation matters, and has been involved in several Wellington applications. He began his practice with RSS in 2021 after articling with the insurance department of another major law firm.
