Tomas Vazquez is a lawyer in our Labour and Employment and our Transportation Law Groups.
Tomas first joined RSS as a summer student after finishing his third year of law school at Université de Montréal. Prior to law school, Tomas completed a master’s degree in philosophy at Université du Québec à Montréal and focused his studies on Michel Foucault and the interaction between truth and fiction.
During his last year of law school, he interned with the Honourable Enrico Forlini and Éric Dufour, judges of the Court of Québec. He was also a research assistant at Université de Montréal’s Cyberjustice Laboratory. Always seeking to enhance his legal skills, he completed a Juris Doctor in North American common law in 2021.
Tomas’ passion for debate and argumentation has led him to develop a keen interest in litigation. He is deeply committed to research and analysis and appreciates any thought-provoking topic, regardless of the field, although he is most fascinated by family law, civil and professional liability, labour law, and human rights.
