Ariane Vanasse is a litigator in our Insurance Law Group.

Before joining RSS, she was a litigator at a firm specializing in real estate law, where she developed an expertise with latent defects cases. She regularly represented individuals and small and medium-sized businesses, as plaintiffs or defendants, before various tribunals such as the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court of Quebec. Ariane has also contested construction-related hypothecs on behalf of individuals, and drafted documents and researched authorities for a case before the Canadian Judicial Council.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ariane has represented clients in negotiations, settlement conferences and other avenues of alternate dispute resolution in cases involving individuals, professionals, manufacturers and insurers.
