Sharon G. Druker is a partner and the head of the Corporate Services Department in our Business Law Group. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, the purchase/sale and debt/equity-based financing of businesses, as well as other commercial transactions.

She has over 35 years of experience in providing tailored legal solutions to support individuals, partnerships and corporations of all sizes doing business in Quebec, Canada, the United States and internationally, in their operational and transactional needs.


Representative files and mandates

  • Acted as Quebec counsel to the purchaser of a provider of educational services to domestic and international students under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act
  • Provides ongoing advice to Tactico TSF 10-20 Investment LP, a strategic venture capital investor, in its Quebec secured financings
  • Acts as Quebec counsel to AJW Technique Inc. and its affiliates on an ongoing basis regarding all Quebec-based commercial matters
  • Acted as special Quebec counsel to the Canadian guarantors on a $200M Australian-based secured financing
  • Acts as Quebec counsel on a regular basis to out-of-province law firms in connection with Quebec-based security
  • Represented the founder of Reflector Entertainment Inc. in its acquisition by Japanese gaming giant Bandai Namco Entertainment
