Ingrid Boghossian is a partner in our Family Law Group. Her practice focuses on family law, the rights of individuals and youth protection.
Before joining RSS, she launched an entrepreneurial career focused on family law and general civil practice, and then practiced family law within a renowned national law and business firm. This experience allowed her to work on major litigation cases and take part in complex divorce cases involving the partition of substantial assets. She collaborated with colleagues in managing and advising a portfolio of clientele comprised of celebrities, professionals, employers and directors.
Ingrid also frequently works with experts from national law, accounting, tax, and Canadian business advising firms to assess and divide the assets that compose her clients’ family property. She has acquired practical skills in family law litigation, especially with de facto spouses in files involving the custody of minors, child support and unjust enrichment.
Ingrid has participated in cases involving the international abduction of minors, raising questions of private international law. She has also represented clients before the Superior Court of Quebec in child custody cases and financial claims. Furthermore, Ingrid has developed expertise in the area of the rights of individuals through her involvement with protective regimes of supervision for persons of full age, and the homologation of protection mandates. She also has experience with estate litigation.
