Pierre is an expert in labour and employment law and has over 35 years of experience in the field. He has represented and advised employers in the industrial, public, and para-public sectors, as well as associations of employers and employees. Pierre has argued cases before arbitrators and administrative tribunals, and before the courts.
Pierre has been recognized as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers since 2013, a distinction that reflects his expertise and longstanding contributions to the field.
