Stéphanie Beauchamp is a partner in our Insurance Law Group. Her practice focuses on civil litigation with respect to damage insurance, and civil and professional liability. Her years of practice have allowed her to acquire significant experience in these fields and she regularly appears before various courts in Quebec.
Stéphanie frequently represents insurers, appearing in recovery or defence matters, in particular with cases arising from fires, construction defects, product liability and bodily harm. Professional liability matters, especially those involving notaries, are also an important part of her practice.
