He has also represented private lenders and construction companies in trials and on appeal, particularly in legal hypothec and compelled transfers of title cases. Furthermore, Maxime has advised and represented syndicates of co-owners before the courts, notably in cases involving design or construction defects, defamation, and challenges to decisions made by boards of directors or assemblies of co-owners.
