Maxime Saint-Onge is an associate in our Civil and Commercial Litigation Group. His practice focuses on dispute prevention and resolution, and on representing a diversified clientele of small and medium-sized businesses before the courts as a litigator.

Maxime has advised and represented clients in numerous defamation cases, including those involving libel on social media. He has also represented private lenders and construction companies in trials and on appeal, particularly in legal hypothec and compelled transfers of title cases. Furthermore, Maxime has advised and represented syndicates of co-owners before the courts, notably in cases involving design or construction defects, defamation, and challenges to decisions made by boards of directors or assemblies of co-owners.

He is a versatile lawyer, proficient in pleading techniques, rules of procedure and practice before the Quebec courts, as well as drafting and legal research in the context of dispute prevention and resolution.
