- For the second year in a row, Sharon G. Druker, Ad. E., wrote the chapter on the Quebec regime in Buying and Selling Real Estate, a guide on the purchase and sale of real estate in some 30 jurisdictions. The guide can be downloaded at no cost . Sharon is also coauthor since 2015 of the chapter on Canada in the annual edition of Establishing a Business Entity, from the same association. It can be downloaded , also at no cost.
- As our firm celebrates its 100th anniversary, Herbert Z. Pinchuk, Head of our Business Law Group, along with Rhona Luger, wrote RSS, A Century-Young Firm, in which they present the origins of the firm and its unique personnality.
