Léonie Gagné is a partner in our Insurance Law Group. She focuses her practice on insurance law litigation, particularly in product liability as well as general and professional civil liability cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She has also developed an expertise in insurance coverage and product liability. Before joining RSS, she practiced for over ten years at a major regional law firm.
Léonie is passionate about legal outreach and has authored numerous publications on various topics, including the evolution of local and international legislation in her fields of interest.
Before becoming a lawyer, Léonie dedicated over ten years to a career as a professional ballet dancer and artist in Toronto and internationally, having danced for several seasons with the prestigious National Ballet of Canada.
