Members of the Barreau du Québec or the Chambre des notaires du Québec. After the event, RSS will be sending a confirmation of presence to the participants who will have requested it upon registering for the activity. This may require up to five business days.
Under the Règlement sur la formation continue obligatoire des avocats and the Règlement sur la formation continue obligatoire des notaires, these professionals must select the activities that correspond to their needs, and add them to their record. Although RSS takes the greatest care in the preparation of our presentations, we do not claim that they are approved by these professional orders and make no representation regarding their conformity.
Chambre de l’assurance de dommages. When the topic allows it, RSS requests the ChAD to certify the activity before it is held. Certified activities are clearly identified. After an accredited event, RSS will directly register the credits to the ChAD records of participants who requested when they registered; this may require up to five business days. A confirmation will be sent to the participant.
In all cases, we shall confirm a presence only if:
- Participants have attended the whole presentation, as confirmed by the connection records of the broadcasting platform; and
- Participants have connected with the online event using the exclusive link that they have been issued. This link must not be shared: to invite someone to an event, please ask them to register for the event.
