Priscilla Simard is a lawyer in our Insurance Law Group. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to representing insurance companies in both subrogation and defense.
Her expertise focuses on general liability, including the liability of insureds, companies and manufacturers. She also represents school boards in litigation initiated by the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse.
In addition to her law degree, Priscilla has a master’s degree in taxation from Université de Sherbrooke. This additional skill allows her to assist some of the firm’s partners in professional liability cases, particularly in situations where the liability of accountants is sought.
