Through the Strategic Alliance, Dolden and the RSS Insurance Group offer a national platform, seamlessly providing expert legal advice in French and English. Dolden and RSS collectively offer expert legal advice for defence and coverage across all specialty lines of insurance including GL, professional liability, D&O, fiduciary, environmental, construction, EPL, cyber and energy. Class action litigation can now be handled nationally, inclusive of Québec class action matters. Dolden and RSS are individually recognized as leaders in the insurance law industry. The Strategic Alliance will ensure the continuity of that excellence in all Canadian jurisdictions.

Background
The Strategic Alliance brings together approximately 30 specialty insurance lawyers from RSS and approximately 80 lawyers from Dolden spanning Canada’s common law and civil law jurisdictions.
