It is with deep sadness that we learned of the death of our colleague and friend Mtre Pierre E. Moreau, on June 29, 2025, at the age of 68.
Pierre was a dedicated lawyer who practiced labour and employment law for over 40 years. A pillar of the legal community, he was an active member of both the Canadian and American Bar Associations, widely respected for his intellect, insight, and unwavering professionalism. He was also a founding member of the Groupe du 2e mardi, an initiative for discussion and sharing of experience in labor law.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Pierre was a deeply curious and engaged family man. A true intellectual, he was an avid reader, enthusiastic traveler, and passionate food lover who never stopped learning and exploring. His greatest pride and joy was the life he built with his family.
