Michel Green is our Insurance Law Group’s principal strategic adviser. He joined the firm over 45 years ago, when the Quebec government announced its intention to introduce a state-run no-fault indemnity system. This announcement sent shockwaves through the insurance industry, and Mr. Green set about developing a practice group that would provide this industry with comprehensive litigation services. The group grew steadily from then on.

He has led a successful career in insurance law, developing and consolidating relationships with various industry players. He now provides our clients with strategic advice on matters where business issues are identified.

Mr. Green was the head of our firm’s Insurance Law Group for many years. In addition to developing his areas of practice and managing the firm’s client base and team of professionals, he has many years of experience before the Quebec and Canadian courts.
