A Paper by Lauren Flam in a Prestigious Journal

The latest issue of the Estates, Trusts and Pensions Journal contains a paper by Lauren Flam. In “‘Not a Case about a Mere Referral’: Reflections on Salomon v. Matte-Thompson”, (2020) 39 ETPJ 330, she comments on a decision in which the Supreme Court of Canada redefined the extent of the professional liability of a lawyer who advised his client on the selection of an investment advisor.
