Holding an MBA and bringing more than 20 years of in-house experience, including leadership roles at two leading Canadian law firms, Anne-Marie has built extensive expertise in legal risk management, regulatory compliance, privacy, and organizational change. Throughout her career, she has developed governance and compliance frameworks, and led strategic, multidisciplinary initiatives that align regulatory obligations with business priorities.
