• Assisted a food industry supplier in the sale of all its assets, including its plant, to an American investment fund, including reinvestment of part of the sale price in shares of the fund
• Acted as special Quebec counsel to the purchaser in the acquisition of a Quebec company offering educational programs to national and international students
• Represented the shareholders of a leading steel company in the sale of all their shares
• Represented the majority shareholder of a construction manufacturer in the sale of his shares through a leveraged buyout
• Advised the minority shareholders of a leading Canadian construction equipment company in the sale of their shares to a group of investors, including reinvestment of part of the sale price in shares
• Advised an international company in the sale of aircraft valued at over $50 million

• Advised numerous large companies in implementing and validating their compliance with Quebec-specific legislation, in particular the Charter of the French language

• Drafting of shareholder agreements in various contexts
• Drafted a supplier code of conduct for a company operating in the fashion industry
