Fabienne Beauvais is a partner in our Insurance Law Group. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on professional liability cases.
Over the years, she has acquired a rich and diversified experience in numerous areas, from mortgage foreclosures to tax litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and guarantees. She has represented the Fonds d’assurance de la responsabilité professionnelle de la Chambre des notaires du Québec for over 20 years now, defending notaries or the Fonds itself. She also represents engineers in professional liability cases.
