It is with deep sadness that we learned of the death of our former colleague, friend, and partner Mtre Louise Baillargeon, on July 17, 2026, at the age of 78.\"\"<\/p>\n

With a long and distinguished career in transportation law, Louise was recognized by both her clients and her peers as a leading authority in this practice area. She was listed for many years in the legal directory\u00a0The Best Lawyers in Canada<\/em>\u00a0and was named in 2019 Lawyer of the Year for Transportation Law in Montreal, a recognition that attested to her expertise.<\/p>\n

We will remember her outstanding professional qualities, as well as her contribution to our firm, where she practiced as a partner from 1996 until her retirement in 2018.<\/p>\n

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Louise has been involved for many years with her community\u2019s underprivileged youth who practiced swimming.<\/p>\n
