However, over the years, we&#8217;ve realized that few students and young lawyers know that RSS also offers certain areas of practice that could be designated as \u201cniches\u201d in Quebec. One of those is transportation law.<\/p>\n<p>How is this practice special? Simply because few firms have this expertise. We, at RSS, speak the language of the industry: not only for the legal aspects, but also for the technical, and even the mechanical aspects. Clients do not have to educate us on industry terms, such as a bill of lading, a daily log, a shuttle transportation permit, or the axial load of a tandem axle. We know those terms! This in-depth knowledge allows us to provide services for all aspects of their business, which makes our practice even more comprehensive and interesting. We\u2019re not just practising transportation law: we serve an industry.
