Flam<\/a> will be passing the baton to Andrew Penhale. For Andrew, this will be like returning home, since he practised with the firm from 2001 to 2010, after his 1997 call to the Bar. He subsequently was Head of the Claims Service of the Professional Liability Insurance Fund of the Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis position matches my aspirations perfectly\u201d, said Mr. Penhale. \u201cI know the group, having been a partner with the firm, which allowed me to appreciate Mr. Flam\u2019s leadership. It\u2019s quite a challenge to follow in the footsteps of someone who led the firm for so many years; at least, I know I\u2019m handed a first-rate team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt would be tough to find a better candidate than Andrew to ensure the evolution of a firm that will be celebrating its centennial in 2021\u201d, as Mr. Flam explained. \u201cThe management experience that he acquired with the Insurance Fund will be most valuable.
