Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise des infrastructures (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re du Qu\u00e9bec)<\/i><\/a>, awarding close to 9 million dollars plus interest in compensation to the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re du Qu\u00e9bec and the Centre de sant\u00e9 et de services sociaux de Trois-Rivi\u00e8res. These plaintiffs\u2019 claim arose from defects in the foundations of an annex to a building operated by the Centre.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/team\/patrick-henry\/\">Patrick Henry<\/a>, who was representing co-defendant IMS experts-conseils inc., had successfully argued before the Superior Court that his client had no responsibility in the errors committed during construction.
