Both short- and long-term plans will be examined in their many forms. A review of the advantages and disadvantages of these different plans will also be presented.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, we will explore the management of incentive plans throughout the duration of an employment contract. The speakers will discuss key practical considerations for employers, employees and legal professionals during both the contract&#8217;s formation and its termination, regardless of the reason.
