Caroline Cassagnabère is an associate in our Insurance Law Group. She focuses her practice mainly on professional liability, product liability, construction litigation and latent defects cases, acting for plaintiffs and defendants alike. Caroline has represented insurers and insureds in recovery actions and has defended public organizations and private corporations sued in class actions, raising competition and consumer protection issues. She has over a decade of experience as a legal academic researcher, which provides her with excellent analytical skills that she applies when facing complex legal questions in her practice.

Prior to joining RSS, Caroline focused her practice on civil and commercial litigation matters, as well as class actions.
