A native Montrealer, Stewart completed his Bachelor of Commerce, with a Major in Finance, at McGill University in 2006. In 2009, he obtained his law degree from the University of Montréal, he was called to the Bar in 2010, and after one and a half years of practice, joined the RSS family law department in 2012.
Stewart’s principal areas of practice include divorce, separation, custody, child support, spousal support, and the separation of de facto spouses.

Stewart has had the opportunity to travel to Israel with young members of Quebec political parties. He presided over the election process at the Faculty of Law at the University of Montreal and has been a member of executive council for Amnesty International at McGill University. He also adopted a beautiful black Labrador/Rottweiler from the SPCA.
Stewart enjoys travelling, playing music and spending quality time with his family and friends.
