Patricia Baram
Patricia Baram joined the insurance team at RSS in 2017. Previously, she practiced for several years in a boutique litigation and business law firm where she had the chance to appear frequently before the Superior Court and the Court of Québec, on the merits and for provisional measures.
Representative Matters
Patricia Baram has represented a varied clientele for trials of extended duration and short duration, in civil litigation. She has substantial experience in cases involving seizures before judgment and safeguard orders. Early in her practice, Patricia also represented a professional in a case involving a breach of the Code of Conduct and other ethical matters, allowing her to secure an advantageous settlement for her client.
Patricia currently acts in files involving the liability of municipalities, general contractors and professionals. Patricia also assists senior partners in the preparation of trials of longer duration.
