Ever since being called to the Bar in 2015, Patricia Atallah has been focusing her practice on insurance, torts and malpractice litigation.
Over the years, Patricia has gained experience with a firm specialized in construction, torts and insurance cases.
She also developed her skills in bodily injury and work-related accident cases.
Her practice has allowed her to appear frequently before the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec and administrative tribunals.
Patricia has been involved in numerous civil cases. She represented numerous real estate professionals, which allowed her to secure several favourable settlements or appear in court on their behalf.
She also represented a private company that is a leader in North America and internationally in the transportation and energy distribution field. She was involved in complex cases arising from latent defects, fires and equipment breaches.
