Marc-Olivier Brouillette is an associate in our Insurance Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on construction and insurance law, as well as general civil liability matters. He also acts in transportation law matters, especially in the trucking, warehousing and maritime transportation fields.
During his career in the Canadian Football League (CFL), Marc-Olivier was heavily involved with the Canadian Football League Players Association having acted as a player representative for several years, in addition to sitting on various committees.
He also practiced law in two boutique firms and joined RSS as a student before returning to article with the firm.
Marc-Olivier is currently involved in a variety of insurance and litigation matters in addition to assisting senior partners in complex files and lengthy trials.
He also acts in transportation law matters, especially in the trucking, warehousing and maritime transportation fields. Marc-Olivier represents defendants as well as plaintiffs in claims arising from accidents, loss of cargo, fires and thefts.
Marc-Olivier remains involved with the CFL and CFL Players Association, and also acts as counsel for athletes of all levels in various disputes with provincial and national sporting federations.
