The rights of individuals are at the core of Myriam Léger’s practice. To respond to their needs, she provides services such as:

  • Estate and asset management planning, including drafting wills, protection mandates, living wills and general or specific mandates;
  • Liquidating estates;
  • Non-contentious proceedings such as homologation of mandates, setting up protective supervision measures and probate of wills; and
  • Family law, including drafting marriage contracts or civil union agreements and performing marriage solemnizations.

Prior to joining our Estates, Wills and Trusts Group in 2020, Myriam was part of a general practice firm before founding her own firm. This experience allowed her to develop her professional autonomy, which facilitated her rapid integration into our team, fostering an efficient collaboration with the lawyers and notary who make up the rest of the group.
