Julien Robidoux focuses his practice on insurance law and civil and commercial litigation. He is frequently entrusted with the single-handed management of cases, and also provides assistance on various complex files to more experienced lawyers.
Following his call to the Bar in 2012, Mr. Robidoux developed his advocacy skills with a litigation boutique, especially with construction law cases.
Julien Robidoux has represented numerous clients in cases of latent defects or warranty of quality, acting for plaintiffs as well as defendants. He also acts for insureds in matters arising from construction or design defects.
Mr. Robidoux also represented insureds in claims for bodily harm, loss of property, damage to buildings, etc.
He has represented numerous general contractors in litigation related to delays, work directive changes and shortcomings as well as contract-related questions.
