Alice Bourgault-Roy’s practice consists of mandates relating to civil and professional liability. She also works in close collaboration with the other lawyers of the Insurance Law Practice Group on more complex cases.
She started her career in the litigation group of a large regional firm, where she managed files pertaining to various fields of law, mainly professional and real estate law. She then joined the legal department of a regulatory institution where she acted mainly as a lawyer specialized in the penal, disciplinary and civil aspects of construction law.
Her practice as an attorney brought her to regularly represent her clients before the courts and to use her creativity in order to ensure the most favourable resolution possible.
Alice joined the Insurance Law Practice Group of the firm in the beginning of 2019.
Throughout her career, Alice has represented clients in civil litigation cases involving construction defects, as well as civil and professional liability. She also acted as a prosecutor in penal cases regarding building mechanics and as a clerk for a disciplinary committee.
