RSS Collaborates on Two International Manuals

The International Lawyers Network, of which RSS is a long-time member, recently announced the release of two guides for persons carrying on international transactions and their advisors.

  • Establishing a Business Entity: An International Guide is a concise description of the conditions and procedures for the creation of cross-border businesses. Coverage for the 2020 edition has been enhanced to 45 countries. For the seventh year in a row, the chapter on Canada has been written by Sharon G. Druker, who cooperated with the Toronto firm of Fogler, Rubinoff, LLP, another ILN member. You may download the guide at no cost from http://bit.ly/ILNCorporate7th.
  • Buying and Selling Real Estate: An International Guide is a similar manual on real estate transactions in 28 jurisdictions. The chapter on Quebec, discussing both commercial and residential transactions, is the result of Sharon’s work, in cooperation with RSS’s Real Estate Group. This guide, now in its fifth annual edition, is available at http://bit.ly/RealEstateILN .
