Selection process
- Each year, RSS receives hundreds of applications. Our Recruitment Committee thoroughly reviews each of them.
- After an in depth study of the applications submitted, 80 candidates are selected for an interview.
- The interview is of a duration of about 20 minutes. Approximately 12 from the 80 candidates are invited to a second round interview dinner. The dinner is also attended by 12 RSS lawyers.
- The informal atmosphere at the dinner permits us to get to know the candidates, assess the presence and personality of each and determine which 3 or 4 students will be ultimately offered a stage.
